Appointment of Two New Managers at the Iranian National Institute for Oceanography and Atmospheric Science

The President of the Iranian National Institute for Oceanography and Atmospheric Science (INIOAS) has appointed Dr. Babak Moradi as the Acting Director of the President’s Office and Public Relations, and Ms. Parisa Habibi as the Acting Director of the Central Laboratory Affairs, through two separate decrees.

Dr. Moradi holds a PhD in Biology from Tarbiat Modares University and previously served in several managerial roles, including laboratory administration and public relations. Ms. Habibi holds an MSc in Geology and currently leads the institute’s Marine Geology Laboratory
