In the meeting of the academic staff with the head of the research institute, it was mentioned: maximum use of the capacities of the research institute and strengthening the participation of the employees

An intimate meeting of academic staff members was held under the chairmanship of the National Research Institute of Oceanography and Atmospheric Sciences on the anniversary of the conquest of Khorramshahr on the third of Khormad 1402 in the meeting hall of the research institute.

According to the research institute's public relations report, at the beginning of this meeting, while congratulating the anniversary of the liberation of Fatah Khorramshahr and also congratulating the beginning of the decade of dignity, Dr. Morteza Tavakoli emphasized on the maximum use of the research institute's capacities, including the research vessel, field equipment, laboratory and expert human resources in line with the development of the country, and thanked the research institute's personnel for their cooperation and empathy in order to strengthen the participation of the employees.

In the continuation of this meeting, the members of the academic staff discussed issues such as the facilitation of domestic laws and communicated with the industry and explained their opinions and suggestions.

Then, Dr. Ali Mehdinia, Vice President of Research and Technology of the Research Institute, presented a report of the research activities of the Research Institute in 1401, including: statistics of articles and research productions, projects related to industry and the progress of research productions of the Research Institute.

In the following, the new guidelines for the promotion and duties of academic staff members were discussed and reviewed.

In another part of this meeting, Dr. Seyyed Masoud Mahmudov, Vice President of Development and Support of the research institute, presented a report on the administrative and financial activities of the research institute in the year  1401 paid and said spent, the research budget of the research institute had a 74% growth compared to the previous year. 

At the end of this meeting, the head of the research institute, while wishing more and more success to the members of the scientific staff of the research institute, emphasized on the continuation of such meetings.
