Pilgrimage of staff and members of research institute to holy Mashhad

Following the support of Dr. Morteza Tawakli and with the management of Dr. Mahmudov and the efforts of Engineer Habibian and the support team, a large number of employees and faculty members of the National Research Institute of Oceanography and Atmospheric Sciences, along with their families, visited Mashhad.

According to the research institute's public relations report, in this pilgrimage, which was carried out in parallel with the days of the ten years of vilayat and imamate, a group of employees and members of the scientific staff of the research institute along with their families in two stages.  From 10 to 14 and 17 to 21 July 1402, they were sent to holy Mashhad by train and visited the shrine of Ali bin Musa al-Reza (peace be upon him)..

Dr. Morteza Tavakoli, the head of the research institute, stated that the purpose of holding this pilgrimage is to improve the spiritual spirit and social vitality of employees by creating empathy between colleagues and families in order to increase work motivation.  and stated: The Decade of Wilayat is a great opportunity to pay more attention to the life of the Ahl al-Bayt (AS) and visiting the shrine of Hazrat Samin al-Hajj Ali Ibn Musa Al-Reza (AS) can be a great resource for the spiritual life of colleagues..

He added: This pilgrimage was planned and implemented as part of the research institute's welfare and cultural programs after a several-year hiatus due to the Corona epidemic, and it was well received by colleagues and families..

Dr. Seyyed Masoud Mahmudov, Vice President of Research Institute Technology and responsible for organizing this pilgrimage, also stated: In this trip, which was carried out in the form of two caravans, a total of 110 colleagues and their family members were sent to holy Mashhad. Fortunately, the satisfaction of the colleagues was provided with the appropriate welfare arrangements that were considered in this pilgrimage. Visiting the Holy Shrine of Saman al-Hajj (a.s.), participating in the praise program and celebrating the birth of Imam Hadi (a.s.), honoring the families of colleagues, holding a painting and memoir writing contest, were some of the programs implemented during this cultural trip. 

Regarding the details of the coordination of this spiritual journey, he said: After calling and informing at the level of employees, experts and faculty members, negotiations were held with several companies and tourist institutions. After reviewing the proposals, the quality and facilities of the proposed accommodation were visited and reviewed and finally the best proposal was approved and placed on the agenda in the honor of the colleagues and with the grace of God and the blessing of Imam Reza (AS) and the support of Dr. Tawakli during two caravans, the colleagues along with their families benefited from this spiritual journey..

It should be mentioned that in this pilgrimage, which was done with the good support of the colleagues of the administrative, financial and resources development and public relations department of the research institute, gifts were given to the colleagues and their children by the research institute.
