According to the research institute's public relations report, the text of Dr. Morteza Tavakoli's message states:

Supreme Leader:

We came and marked the week of our government as a martyrdom memorial. This thing is very meaningful and important; It means that our way has these characteristics.

The first week of Shahrivar is named after the martyrdom of two prominent personalities, Shahid Rajaei and Shahid Bahonar Mezin, and named as the week of government.

While honoring the memory of the dear martyrs of the government and congratulating the employee's day and the government's service week to the dear colleagues at the National Research Institute of Oceanography and Atmospheric Sciences, I hope that all of us will be able to take advantage of the opportunity that has been given to us to serve the people and the dear Islamic society; With the help of the Almighty God and taking as an example the high moral and behavioral qualities of the Imams of Athar and in the shade of empathy, harmony and synergy, let us step forward in the direction of the lofty goals of the Islamic Revolution. God willing
