Conclusion of a memorandum of cooperation between Chabahar International University and the research institute

In order to benefit from potential capacities in scientific, research and educational structures, a joint cooperation memorandum was concluded between "Chabahar International University and the National Research Institute of Oceanography and Atmospheric Sciences".

According to the research institute's public relations report, in this memorandum signed by Dr. Abdul Ghafoor Badpa, President of Chabahar International University, and Dr. Morteza Tavakoli, President of the National Research Institute of Oceanography and Atmospheric Sciences.  received, the parties pledged to cooperate for scientific, educational and research synergy in order to play an effective and active role in social responsibilities in order to achieve the lofty goals of the Islamic Republic of Iran.

According to this memorandum, Holding joint training and research courses at different levels, improving the training and research processes, holding entrepreneurship training and skill-building courses and training and training entrepreneurs at the provincial and national levels. Cooperation to share the specialized capabilities of academic staff members and graduate students, alignedCreating researches, trainings and developing the specialized infrastructure of universities to respond to the scientific demands and specialized research and technology needs of the country.، Deepening the knowledge of the country's scientific and technological community about the issues, needs and challenges of different parts of the country and directing the implementation of projects according to the needs and priorities and responding to the demands and specialized knowledge and technological needs of the mentioned departments, Creating grounds for private sector investment in the field of advanced technologies and new ideas. Expansion of international activities, including student admission, transnational executive and research projects, One of the most important provisions of this understanding ‎A letter is considered

Also, it was decided that the parties should make double efforts to achieve the goals described below:

1. Creating the necessary agile mechanisms and platforms to use the capacities of the parties in order to respond to the current and future scientific, technological and educational needs and demands of the country.

2. Cooperation in creating and organizing clusters and specialized research networks and scientific associations of the parties and guiding capacities and capabilities in responding to educational, research and technological demands. 

3. Facilitating the legal and financial procedures of the parties in order to conclude executive, research and educational contracts 

4. Benefiting from the specialized capacities of the parties in commissions, specialized working groups and joint think tanks

5. cooperation National Institute of Oceanography and Atmospheric Sciences In order to establish and launch new educational fields in Chabahar University by introducing affiliated faculty members in compliance with legal considerations

6. Sharing capabilities and facilities to attract more international students National Institute of Oceanography and Atmospheric Sciences and Chabahar International University

7. Joint cooperation in the exchange of faculty members and students based on relevant regulations

8. Sharing capabilities and facilities to hold national and international training courses 

9. The parties' use of workshop, educational and welfare facilities and spaces in line with the implementation of joint programs 

10. Development of spaces and specialized workshops according to the needs of the parties

11. Holding training courses, seminars, conferences, exhibitions and specialized workshops with the cooperation of the parties

12. Directing the capabilities of the growth center and subsidiary knowledge-based companies towards the needs of the parties to the memorandum

13. Helping to develop and strengthen startups and new service ideas 

14. Guidance and material and spiritual support of graduate theses of the parties in the subjects needed by the country

15. Joint cooperation in the development of postgraduate courses

16. Providing consulting services required by the parties to the memorandum

Pursuant to this memorandum, it was decided that in order to carry out the measures foreseen in the memorandum, a "joint cooperation working group" with the duties of: policy making, guiding and continuous follow-up of the implementation of this memorandum, monitoring the performance of scientific cooperation and development of research interactions, proposing regulations and necessary executive instructions, defining specific issues of cooperation, will be formed with the presence of representatives of the parties, and during the first joint meeting, the representatives will be introduced and the members of the joint cooperation working group, whether real or legal, will be determined. 

It should be mentioned that this memorandum was signed by the parties in 9 articles and 4 copies for 5 years on September 13, 1402.
