Signing a memorandum of understanding on joint scientific and international cooperation between the research institute and East China University

A memorandum of understanding on international scientific cooperation was concluded between the National Research Institute of Oceanography and Atmospheric Sciences and the State Normal University of East China.

According to the research institute's public relations report, in order to expand international scientific cooperation and to establish scientific and technological cooperation in the field of marine and ocean sciences, a memorandum of understanding on joint cooperation was signed by Dr. Morteza Tavakoli, the head of the research institute, and Professor Chien Zuhan, the president of the State Normal University of East China. East China Normal University (ECNU) November 20, 1402 concluded.

In this memorandum of understanding that in order  Developing cooperation in joint scientific projects and creating opportunities for exchange of faculty members, researchers and specialists for research, teaching or exchanging opinions has been signed, the two parties will cooperate in holding joint scientific, research and technology exhibitions, carrying out joint research projects, using study and research opportunities, exchange of students, exchange of faculty members and professors, exchange of information, books, scientific publications and visiting experts.

East China Normal University is considered one of the top universities in China, which is located in the east of China and in the city of Shanghai. This university was established with the aim of becoming a world-class research university in the middle of the 20th century and has well-equipped marine laboratories and advanced ocean equipment.
