At the beginning of this ceremony, the head of Amir Kabir University of Technology considered scientific progress to be the best way to deal with the enemy's invasion and said: it is with scientific jihad that we can maintain the country's position among the countries of the world. Therefore, in this turbulent atmosphere and widespread invasions, we must seek scientific progress.

According to the research institute's public relations report and quoted from Amirkabir University of Technology, Dr. Alireza Rahai stated that the Basij is exciting for our youth, hopeful for our friends, and frightening for our enemies, and said: These three characteristics are one of the appropriate definitions for the Basij, because our Basij is someone who sacrifices his life and property in order to protect Islam and the Islamic seal.

He further emphasized: emotion mixed with rationality, movement and action mixed with intellectual basis and pragmatism along with idealism are three other characteristics that can be conveyed to Basiji brothers and sisters.

Rahai emphasized: Today, the conditions of the country and the axis of resistance are under a soft war condition. In the last 50 days, we have seen an example of the large-scale attack of the arrogant front on the axis of resistance, headed by the heroic Palestine, how all the agents of arrogance, including the United States and the West on their side, turned a blind eye to the evil of the child-killing regime and supported them fully.

The head of Amir Kabir University of Technology stated that our country is under a soft war and a cultural attack is happening on our youth, adding: In fact, despair is constantly being injected into our youth. So that they encourage the atmosphere of despair and lack of belonging to the system and remove nationalism from the youth. This situation creates a heavier burden than the era of holy defense for all of us. The Basijites, who were once the guardians of the country's defense and security, must defend this kind of aggression more than in the past and come to the field.

He considered the liberation of scientific jihad as a solution to confront the enemy's invasion and said: The great leader of the revolution considers jihad and scientific progress to be a suitable solution to confront the enemy. Because it is with scientific jihad that we can maintain the position of the country among the countries of the world. Accordingly, in this turbulent atmosphere and widespread invasions, we must seek scientific progress. It is based on the fact that the slogan of scientific jihad is a holy and great slogan that we must follow.

The head of Amir Kabir University of Technology emphasized that we should know our weaknesses in higher education and added: We should eliminate these weaknesses and follow the scientific leap forward movement. I hope that with the efforts of all scientific helpers and Basiji, we will be able to make a successful movement and fulfill our goals and tasks in a favorable way.

The Minister of Science stated that the Basijians should strengthen national unity and said: One of the tricks of our enemies towards Islamic Iran is to create division, bipolarity and multipolarization through ethnic, linguistic and racial divisions.

In this ceremony, Dr. Mohammad Ali Zulfigol, while honoring the Basij week, the memory of the martyrs of the revolution, the health and security of the country, said: the presence of the Basij in the country's universities is a blessing, they provide honest, unpaid and obligatory services, honor and time, in accordance with sincerity. In fact, this kind of behavior shows that Basijians are very effective. Of course, our dear people are grateful to the Basijians and know that if there is ever a problem for the country. Basijians are those who defend the honor and integrity of the citizens.

He went on to clarify: "Basijians are those who passed their exams." During the sacred defense period, if the thinking of Imam (RA) was not there and Basijians were not present in the field, the war would have been different. The dedication, honesty and purity of the Basijians made it possible for not one palm of our land to fall into the hands of the enemy, along with the army and the corps. The enemy that the entire world of arrogance supported and had the means of force, gold and tricks at their disposal. The will, purity and purity of Basij's heart made them win against all enemies.

The Minister of Science, Research and Technology reminded: Today, the presence of Basijians in the country's universities is an irreplaceable blessing for the Islamic Republic. Imam (RA) has emphasized that if the authorities show little respect for Basij, they have committed a great injustice and betrayal. We saw what tactics our enemies are using to destroy Basiji's thinking and the independence of the Islamic Republic and they did all kinds of things. The last case was in the discussion of ISIS, which came in with different tactics to reduce the influence of the Islamic Republic. He continued: If Basiji's thinking and vision were not in the country, it would not be easy to destroy ISIS. What has the Islamic Republic really done that its enemies hold so much grudge?  Except that he wanted to be independent and decide for himself and not be under the ticket of any domineering and put the slogan of independence, freedom and Islamic Republic on his head.

Zolfi Gol reminded: the world of domination is trying in this regard and says that if the thinking of the Islamic Republic is accepted in the world.  As a country and a military that is a model, it upholds freedom, it speaks the truth and demands the right, and it supports the oppressed of the world. They are not under the burden of oppression, if this thinking takes place, they are worried about their own interests.

The Minister of Science said: They claim to lead the world, and we also believe in the emergence of Imam Asr (A.S.) who will one day appear and remove oppression and oppression from the world, for this reason, the enemies do not accept this thinking and will do anything.

Zulfi Gol pointed out: The role of Basij professors and scientific assistants is more sensitive compared to other Basij members of the society. Since we are dealing with those who want to leave the future of the country in their hands, and this whole system for which thousands of martyrs have been given, is supposed to be in the hands of the future builders who come out of the universities. The right approach and our educational approach makes students learn how to be in the future, and a loving approach to a student can multiply that approach. A hopeful and identity-building look and behavior can change the path of a young person.

The Minister of Science added: Scientific assistants and professors in the university have little power. With a proper treatment and solving a student's problem, the path of that person will change. We should see people's children as our own children and make a promise to our God to guide and take care of students. Sometimes with an encouragement or reminder, the life path of people's children may change.

Stating that the Basijians are the benefactors of the society, he said: We should be grateful to those who spend their time and honor for the society, and the dear martyrs will certainly be grateful to the Basijians.

The Minister of Science stated that in today's world military campaigns and hardware wars are meaningless as in the past, and said: Today's world does not accept wars and peacemakers, but the world changes minds and culture through soft war, that is, with the help of media and virtual space. Considering that the biggest capital of any country is the culture of that society  When the culture changes, the thought also changes, and as a result, the behavior and speech of people also change.

He pointed out to the officials and Basij members: If you want to create a lifelong investment, correct the culture. Because today there is a new kind of culture war and country opening. Today, the opening of a country does not happen with an attack, cannons and tanks, but through science, technology and technology, and the easiest way to conquer a country is through science and technology, because by producing new science, we can have influence in all countries, universities, even families.

In the end, Zulfi Gol noted: Today, the world is seeking to open up the country through science and technology. Therefore, the way we look at universities, including professors, students and scientific assistants, must be changed by the government. They should know that the best place to invest in the country is universities, because social capital can be promoted through science and technology.

The head of the country's professors' mobilization pointed to 4 important and key priorities of the country's professors' mobilization and said: "Helping the priority of improving the efficiency of the country's governance system, upgrading higher education, explaining and creating hope, and sectoral cohesion and organizational excellence, these four priorities of the professors' mobilization in universities should be determined and implemented."

Dr. Mohammad Reza Mardani stated that today more than ever we are indebted and indebted to the sacrifices of our dear martyrs who brought honor to Islam, the revolution and Islamic Iran with their sacrifices, and said: Today, the supporters of the Islamic revolution are increasing in the world. On December 2, 1367, the last message that the Imam (RA) issued to Basij, he said that Basij is not only limited to Islamic Iran, the Islamic world must be formed. Today, which is the anniversary of the issuance of that great decree, we are witnessing the realization of that message, and Basij is no longer in the borders of Islamic Iran, and the branches of Basij are shining in the Islamic world, and according to the Supreme Leader, we are witnessing Basij in America, Europe and London. Although they do not have the organizations, ideals and thoughts of Basij, but with this view, they came to the field to fight against global tyranny.

He went on to clarify: "They joined us today by declaring their disgust with the unilateralist policies of the West and the war crimes of the Zionist regime, and today all the prestige of this regime collapsed with the Al-Aqsa storm operation, and if it commits genocide and if it kills innocent children and defenseless women, it cannot fight and confront the Mujahideen of Hamas. This is a sign of their weakness." This regime committed crimes with the full support of America and by donating 900 kg bombs and many equipments; While they sought to dominate the region, today they are forced to submit to humiliation in order to free their captives.

Mardani continued: It is very unfortunate that some Arab countries and traitorous leaders and leaders of the region were not in the field in support of the Palestinian people, but the Lions of Resistance taught them a lesson that if they want to continue their oppressive work, they will not be able to achieve results, and this goal will not be achieved thanks to the sacrifice of the Basij martyrs, the nation's standing and victory in 8 years of Iran's holy defense and strengthening.

The president of the Basij of the country's teachers also reminded: Today, Basij is more and more present in the square. But Jihad must be spread in other fields as well. Certainly, Basiji employees are dedicated, capable and experienced professors in their jobs and positions, and their role in Basiji University is irreplaceable.

Dr. Mardani also pointed out: In the previous period when Dr. Rahai was the president of the university, I was in charge of the country's student mobilization and we have very good memories with him. I hope that there will be good memories in this period.

He added:  My request is that dear brothers join together in the mobilization of university employees, along with the mobilization of professors and students. In October 1401, we sent a circular with three signatures to the universities and announced the plan to form the University Basij Coordination Council. Staff mobilization, student mobilization, and professors each have their own independence, but there are many activities that can be done together and we can become a big group together, and if in a crisis, professors, staff, and students gather together, a large number and a large community will be formed, and no one can even in his mind conspire against the revolution and Islam or the current university. Therefore, this coordination and recommendation given with more than 20 proposals for joint cooperation should be comprehensively covered.

He pointed to the priorities of mobilizing professors and said: The first priority of mobilizing professors is organizational cohesion and excellence, when the group can play a role if it is coherent, organized, has drawn strategies and specific plans, and for this, attention should be paid to priorities, resources, planning, roles, etc. The regulations of the Supreme Council of the Cultural Revolution, the strategic document for the mobilization of the oppressed, which has been approved by the leadership, and so on  The document of Islamization of universities, along with the Supreme Leader's orders, can determine our path in this field.

Mardani stated Jihad explanation and creating hope as the second priority of mobilizing professors and said: Imam and the Supreme Leader asked us to establish Jihad explanation camp in the Ministry of Science and after that it was followed up and announced in every university. 

He considered the improvement of higher education as another priority of Basiji professors and said: Basiji professors should help for Islamization and scientific authority. In this regard, we signed the higher education governance think tank. Basiji professors should help in various areas, including curriculum development and educational planning, especially writing books in the field of humanities. Basiji professors should help by informing and following up more in this field.

Mardani reminded: Helping to improve the efficiency of the country's government system is one of the other priorities of Basiji professors.‎‌Different problem-oriented programs have been created along with different meetings so that professors can help the judiciary, the executive and the legislature in this way. Such a mobilization of professors will come to the work of the system to solve the country's problems.

The commander of the resistance center for the mobilization of the Ministry of Science employees announced the creation of platforms for coordination and synergy between the mobilization of professors, employees and students and said: the full power of the mobilization of university employees is to be able to make the university a special synergy in terms of management and the creation of a scientific environment, especially problem solving, along with the mobilization of professors.

In this event, Dr. Hossein Nasirzadeh also presented a report on the mobilization activities of the Ministry of Science employees and said: We have 100 ranks or Basij bases and 8 areas of resistance in the staff mobilization complex in Tehran, which includes nearly 19 thousand employees.  They are members of the staff mobilization. According to the statistics we have, about 18,000 people were organized in employee mobilization in the country's universities. With this in mind, we have a very active and capable body of employee mobilization.

He went on to clarify: once upon a time, university employees did not have much input in scientific departments, but today our employees are mostly educated at the master's and doctorate level, and as insightful people in the university, they somehow contribute to the country's scientific complex. Based on this, we were able to gather a huge capacity so that, as soldiers of the province, they try to realize the plans that are announced.

The Commander of the Basij Resistance Center of the Ministry of Science staff reminded: The Basij group of professors in terms of their scientific position, the students as those trained in the Islamic system, and the Basij employees as the foundation of this space, if they have a Basij and revolutionary spirit, the work of the university and the scientific movement will grow.

Nasirzadeh emphasized: The full power of mobilizing university employees is to bring the university to a special synergy in terms of management and creating a scientific atmosphere, especially problem solving, along with mobilizing professors.

In the end, the commander of the resistance center for the mobilization of the employees of the Ministry of Science pointed out: Today, the discussion of empathy has been realized in the higher education complex. So that we have created a suitable platform for creating empathy, coordination and synergy between the mobilization of professors, staff and students to move according to the missions.
