National Research Institute of Oceanography and Atmospheric Sciences during the research week of 1402 and the twenty-fourth exhibition of research, technology and technical achievements of the market from December 20 to 22, while  The unveiling of the first oceanographic atlas of the Persian Gulf and the Sea of ​​Oman and the implementation of various scientific and research programs exposed its research achievements to those interested.

According to the public relations report of the research institute, during the research and technology week, 1402 research institutes, 13 scientific lectures, 9 educational workshops, 5 school and student visit programs to oceanographic stations and equipment, field  And also carried out the exploration of the Persian Gulf and the unveiling of the first oceanographic atlas of the Persian Gulf and the Sea of ​​Oman.

In the unveiling of technological projects, the research institute introduced the first oceanographic atlas of the Persian Gulf and Oman Sea to the Ministry of Ataf, at the opening ceremony of the 24th exhibition of research, technology and technology achievements, this atlas was unveiled by Dr. Zulfi Gol, the honorable minister of science, research and technology, and decorated the commemorative plaque with his signature. Also, during the three days of the exhibition, the Atlas commemorative plaque was also presented by  Engineer Mohammad Eslami, the head of the Atomic Energy Organization, and Dr. Moslami Naini, the head of the Academic Jihad, were visited.

The holding of 13 scientific lectures was one of the other upcoming programs in the research and technology week of this year, which was held by the academic staff members and researchers of the research institute virtually and in person at the research institute and was welcomed by colleagues and interested parties.

In the workshop section, 9 workshops were held by the Marine Science Research Institute, the National Center for Ocean and Marine Data, and the Bushehr and Nowshehr stations, which were well received by those interested.

Hormozgan students and faculty members visited "Persian Gulf Explorer", Tonkabon school students from the Caspian Sea Oceanographic Station (Nowshahr), students and students from Bushehr station, oceanic-atmosphere science promotion programs in Nowshahr, the presence of Chabahar experts in schools to hold an explanation class and explain the importance of oceanography and seas in the direction of science promotion, were among the other programs planned by the research institute during this year's research week, which were successfully held. 

The National Research Institute of Oceanography and Atmospheric Sciences participated in the 24th Exhibition of Research Achievements, Technology and Technology Market this year, as in previous years, by allocating a 48-meter booth in the mosque of Hazrat Imam (RA), and during three days, the conducted and ongoing activities as well as its research and scientific achievements were introduced to the interested parties by the experts present in the booth. It should be mentioned that during the three days of the exhibition, a large number of students from different levels, as well as students, university professors and administrators, while visiting the research institute's booth, were informed about the latest findings and scientific and research achievements of the research institute.

 In the continuation of the research week programs, the book of Dr. Ahmed Manbouhi, titled Practical introduction to some methods of machine analysis, was presented at the Jihadgaran Science and Technology Festival of Nowshahr city, and it was presented as the best book in this festival, and the author of the book was honored. Also  On the other hand, in Hormozgan province Based on the scientific evaluations and the documents and scientific productions of the researchers during the research week, Dr. Mohammad Ali Hamzeh, a member of the Geology Department of the National Institute of Oceanography and Atmospheric Sciences in Hormozgan Province, was selected as the top researcher of the Hormozgan Basic Sciences Department and was honored by Hormozgan Governor Mehdi Dosti..
