The text of the message of the Leader of the Islamic Revolution is as follows:

In the name of Allah, the Merciful

Or the changer of the hearts and the eyes, or the manager of the night and the day, or the changer of the situation and conditions, the changer of our present condition to the best of the condition.

I congratulate all the dear people of Iran on Nowruz and the new year, which this year is associated with the holy month of Ramadan, the spring of hearts and the spring of spirituality. In particular, I congratulate the families of the martyrs and all other nations who celebrate Nowruz.

I remember the dear martyrs and the Imam of the martyrs who opened this way for the nation of Iran. I wish the Iranian nation to benefit from both springs, the spring of nature and the spring of spirituality.

Let's take a look at the year 1402, which ended at this moment, and take a look at the year we entered. The year 1402, like all other years of life, was full of sweets and bitterness, of desires and unwanteds, this is the nature of the world and the nature of life. In the internal affairs of the country, significant scientific progress, technological progress, infrastructure production that has been done all over the country, this was among sweets and good news. On the other hand, the economic and livelihood problems of the people were among the bitter news. The epic attendance of the people in the gatherings on the Holy Day and the 22nd of Bahman, the safe holding of these large demonstrations, the safe and healthy holding of the year-end elections and other public attendances were among the good news and sweet wishes of the past year. The bitter incident in Kerman on the anniversary of Martyr Soleimani, the flood in Baluchistan at the end of the year, the incidents that happened to the security officers and security guards during these months, were among the bitter incidents, and the most bitter was the incident in Gaza, which is one of our important international issues, and we did not have a more bitter incident this year. In foreign affairs, the international movement of the government in various economic and political fields was one of the good news and favorable events, and the incident in Gaza that we mentioned was one of the most bitter events, but also the most bitter events of our foreign affairs. We ask the Almighty God to compensate for the bitterness and grant the continuation of the sweets to the nation of Iran and the Muslim nations, and to grant them that which is the source of goodness and blessing for the Islamic Ummah and the source of goodness and blessing for the nation of Iran.

Regarding the slogan of 1402, which was to curb inflation and increase production, good things were done. In both parts of the slogan, some work was done, some progress was made, of course, not to the desired extent - and now, God willing, I will present their details to the Iranian nation in today's speech - and what has been done was good, but it must be continued; And this slogan is not a slogan that we can expect to be carried out in a favorable way in one year, this slogan will continue.

In the year that is ahead of us and we have entered it, there are many things that need to be done and we must consider ourselves committed to them, both the officials of the country, the governments, the parliament, the judiciary and others, as well as the people, we all must consider ourselves committed to those works in various fields, but this year the main issue of the country is the economy. The main weakness of the country is the economy, we must be active in these areas.

By studying the opinions of experts on this issue, I come to the conclusion that a key to solving the country's economic problems is the issue of production; Domestic production, national production, is why we relied on our production in the past few years. If the growth of production and the forward movement in national production are carried out in a favorable manner, many important economic problems such as inflation, employment and the value of the national currency, these basic economic issues will be well resolved. The issue of production is therefore an important issue, and for this reason, I rely on the issue of production this year as well and I expect that, God willing, a leap in production will happen this year, and I firmly believe that this leap will not happen without the participation of the people and without the presence of the people. If we want to have a jump in production, we must popularize the economy, we must open people's feet to the field of production in a tangible way, remove the obstacles to people's presence. There are great capacities in the public sector, which I will explain, God willing, and these capacities should be activated, they should be used for the benefit of the country and the people; Therefore, on this occasion, I put this year's slogan: "Production leap with people's participation" is this year's slogan. We hope, God willing, that this slogan will come true in the best way. The country's planners should plan, experts should cooperate intellectually, and economic activists should participate in this work in a practical way, God willing.

I pray to the Almighty God for the success of the great and dear nation of Iran, and we humbly offer our salutations to the presence of Hazrat Baqiyallah (sacrificing souls).
