The message of the head of the research institute on the occasion of Nowruz and the holy month of Ramadan

Dr. Morteza Tawakli, head of the National Research Institute of Oceanography and Atmospheric Sciences, issued a message to congratulate Nowruz (Spring of Nature) and its parallel with Spring of Spirituality. The text of the message is as follows:

In the name of Allah, the Merciful

Or the creator of al-Qulob and al-Absaar, or the manager of ill and nahar, or the assigner of al-Hul and al-Ahwal, from the current state to the best state.

This year's Nowruz and nature's spring, which is symmetrical with the soul-pleasing spring of spirituality, will be a song of glory and a glorious manifestation, promising brightness and light until it reaches the sun of the Supreme Province, and undoubtedly one of its messages for humans is a new beginning for change and transformation in the path of evolution towards humanity and morality.

I hereby congratulate the beginning of the year 1403 on the spring of nature and its harmony with the spring of spirituality to the respected members of the academic staff, experts and staff of the research institute, and I wish good health to the loved ones. Undoubtedly, adhering to the teachings of the Holy Quran and resorting to the teachings of the Ahl al-Bayt (a.s.) and following the central strategies of the Supreme Leader (Madazla al-Ali) who explain the roadmap of the Islamic society at the beginning of each year, will promise to achieve a bright future and a better tomorrow. I hope, by God's grace, in the coming year, which is decorated with the slogan "production leap with people's participation", in line with the movement towards the new Islamic civilization, we will witness an even greater role in the scientific, economic and spiritual development and prosperity of dear Iran.
