Holding four scientific lectures on the National Day of the Persian Gulf by the Research Institute
On the occasion of commemorating the Persian Gulf National Day, four scientific lectures will be held on Monday, May 10 at the National Institute of Oceanography and Atmospheric Sciences.
According to the research institute's public relations report, Dr. Ali Mehdinia, vice president of research and education, said: "The latest findings of marine and atmospheric sciences in the Persian Gulf" will be discussed in these lectures held by the researchers and academic staff members of the research institute.

1- Lecture: "Climatic changes and oceanography of the Persian Gulf in the past few thousand years", 9-10 a.m. by Dr. Mohammad Ali Hamzeh
2- Lecture: "Evaluation of the amount of total organic carbon in the waters of the Persian Gulf and the Sea of Oman", from 10 to 11 By Dr. Mehri Seyed Hashtroudi
3- Lecture: "Emerging pollutants of microplastics, a threat to the marine environment" 11:00-12:00 by Dr. Hamira Aghaz
4- Lecture: "Effect of El Niño on coral bleaching", 12:00-13:00 by Dr. Amir Mahdi Zarbo
