A worthy choice of His Excellency­ As the "Minister of Science, Research and Technology", I sincerely congratulate and congratulate the honorable representatives of the people in the Islamic Council for getting the vote of confidence. 

Undoubtedly, by benefiting from His Highness's valuable attitude and insight and in line with the honorable government's plans, this research institute will play a more effective role in various scientific and research fields, especially oceanic and marine science and technology.
