The message of the head of the research institute on the occasion of the new year

Dr. Morteza Tavakoli, head of the National Research Institute of Oceanography and Atmospheric Sciences, issued a message to congratulate Nowruz (the spring of nature) and its parallel with the spring of spirituality. The text of the message is as follows:

In the name of Allah, the Merciful

Oh, the one who overturns the hearts and the eyes. 

Oh the guardian of the night and the day

O transferor of change and change 

Let's get better now

This year's Nowruz and nature's spring, which is symmetrical with the spirit-pleasing spring of the Qur'an, will be a hymn of glory and a glorious manifestation, promising brightness and light until it reaches the sun of the Supreme Province, and undoubtedly one of its messages for humans is a new beginning for change and transformation in the path of evolution towards humanity and morality.

I hereby congratulate the beginning of 1404 spring of nature and its harmony with the spring of spirituality to the respected members of the academic staff, experts and staff of the research institute and wish good health and well-being to the loved ones. Undoubtedly, adhering to the teachings of the Holy Quran and resorting to the teachings of the Ahl al-Bayt (a.s.) and following the central strategies of the Supreme Leader (Madazla al-Ali) who explain the roadmap of the Islamic society at the beginning of each year, will promise to achieve a bright future and a better tomorrow. I hope, by God's grace, in the coming year, in the direction of moving towards the new Islamic civilization, we will witness an even greater role in the scientific, economic and spiritual development and prosperity of dear Iran.
