The publishing unit of the National Research Institute of Oceanography and Atmospheric Sciences succeeded in receiving a digital publishing license for scientific and specialized books of the research institute from the Ministry of Culture and Islamic Guidance of Digital Media.
The National Institute of Oceanography and Atmospheric Sciences has published a series of specialized books in the fields of oceanography and Antarctica using its digital publishing license.

According to the research institute's public relations report, by obtaining this license, the books published by this research institution will be available to the public in electronic format.
